There are three types of roll film: Single Lip, double lip and triple lip. • Double lip molds proved to be more suitable for paste and suspended soft capsules, where the drug is thicker and more viscous than oil.
• Triple lip mold is more suitable for vegetable softgel, especially starch powder and cassava powder softgel. We made many sets according to the user's request.

How does the soft roll mold affect the shape of the capsule?
A good pair of soft capsule mold plays a crucial role in the manufacture of soft capsule.
The rolling dies are matched accurately, and the grooves and cavities processed by milling machines or lathes should be completely synchronized. The cut edge/edge around the cavity should be the correct height to cut off the gelatin tape; For vegetable/vegetarian/vegetable softgels, the cut edge will usually be higher than gelatin softgels. Wedge plate and guide plate should be matched to improve the bottom, side, electric heating, constant temperature water heating wedge, to make a variety of soft colloid series.
The soft rubber mould roller plays a decisive role in the formation of the capsule shape. High quality rolling die must have:

3. Easy operation and maintenance: design and manufacture of the rolling die to facilitate operation and maintenance, so that it can maintain a stable working state under high pressure.
Four. Good Safety: rolling process will produce a lot of heat and vibration, mold must have good safety performance, to prevent workers in the process of work injury.
5. Meet the environmental requirements: because the rolling process will produce a lot of dust and noise, so mold to meet environmental requirements, reduce environmental pollution.
According to the actual production needs and technical requirements, evaluation and comparison, select the best rolling mold.
The following steps can be taken to verify the rolling die accuracy:
1. Set Standards: before the measurement to establish measurement standards, such as international standards, national standards or industry standards.
2. Measuring tools: prepare corresponding measuring tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and other materials required for measurement.
3. Volume Tolerance: measure rolling die size, record data, compare with standard, calculate tolerance.
Four. Roundness and verticality: measure the roundness and verticality of the mould with a micrometer. If there is any error, it needs to be adjusted or overhauled.
5. Check the mold surface: check the mold surface whether there is wear, scratches, burrs and other problems, need to be repaired in time.
6. Report writing: the results of measurement into a measurement report, including time, tools, data, results and other information.
Through the above steps, the precision of rolling die can be accurately measured. Attention should be paid to the environment and operation specifications to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
