Lubrication system: The lubrication oil quantity for inside and out side of gelatin ribbon can be controlled independently accurately.

Injection Pump:

Using material preparation tank for making the material solution for capsules filling. Then through the soft gelatin machine to make gelatin ribbon, inject material and encapsule. After that, using tumble dryer for the softgel capsules shaping. Then using drying tray or tumble dryer for the final drying sfogel capsules. After drying and before packing, it need to inspect those final product and pick up the bad one. It can be done using automatic inspection machine or manually.
